With it, the visitor goes through all those processes and stages that form the identity and look of the piece at the end of the finishing process. Each process can be seen separately or as part of a set in the “jeanetic chain” of the garments. Each process is essential and indispensable to achieve the final look of the garment and constitutes a vital part of the visual information of each jean. Stand H29

Megalast™: Long life stretch by ROYO, powered by LYCRA® Dual FX™

up to denim

How would you feel if you felt one size less in your jeans? This was the original idea that pushed Royo to create a special line that could make the end user feel more comfortable and free while in stretch jeans. The Megalast™ fabric line uses LYCRA® Dual FX™ fibre, and the results are incredible: high elasticity, baggy free, excellent recovery, high wash resistance, stretchability up to 50% (according to finish), comfort and ease of movement.

Talking about the high elasticity and durability Royo assure that long washes or high temperatures are not necessary to provide elasticity in Megalast™ fabrics, therefore less energy is consumed. The loss of elasticity when treating the standard fabrics with chlorinated products is about 10%, using MegalastTM fabrics will not mean a loss of elasticity. The renewed baggy free property is due to the incredible recovery properties of these fabrics. The capacity to recover their selves from loss is 50% less than normal stretch fabrics. Stand H34
